    • 2. Submit the contract
      *Application is closed when the booths are sold out
  • Booth Fee Payment
    • 1. Receive the invoice
    • 2. Complete the payment within 2 weeks from receipt of invoice.
  • Exhibition Prep
    • 1. Submit the online exhibitor manual forms
    • 2. Booth Promotion *Free promotion tools, sponsorship, etc.
    • 3. Utilize 1:1 business matchmaking programmes
  • Exhibit Move-In
    • August 28th, 2023: Space only exhibitors
    • August 29th, 2023: Space only & Shell scheme exhibitors
  • Exhibition Opening
    • August 30th - September 1st, 2023
