Ginsenosides are saponins of ginseng and red ginseng and have several physiologically active functions. Among them, minor ginsenosides such as F2, Rg3, C-K, Rh2, Rg2, and F1 show particularly strong physiological activity and can be used as key raw materials for health foods and functional cosmetics. Mass production technology and usage for minor ginsenosides are introduced.
